We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, who will specialise in Interest Income planning and analysis, as well as coordinate the preparation of monthly Performance Report for the Management Board. You will be joining Performance Management unit in Performance Management & Strategy department of Finance.

In particular, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing sections of the Group financial model used for lending volumes/interest income and segment profitability forecasting as well as segment income cascading models. You will co-operate tightly with Finance Business Partners to collect inputs for planning and analysis, as well as make insights on interest income dynamics based on analysis of contract-level data. Another key task is to coordinate end-to-end Performance Report preparation, starting from deliveries of reporting team and analytical insights from colleagues in performance management to final sign-off.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and target setting process in Luminor via developing financial models, coordinating input collection working together with Finance Business Partners and other business units, analyzing and preparing presentation of output
  • Analyze Luminor performance trends and development against the plan. Deliver insight to Luminor executive management to enable high quality decision making
  • Collect existing knowledge on available data, reports and analysis in Luminor to build your analysis on top of it
  • Validate regularly input and output data and contribute to continuous quality improvement of the financial figures.

 

Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years professional experience in Management Consulting, Transaction/M&A Advisory, or Finance
  • Higher education in Economics, Finance or Business Management
  • Strong analytical thinking, understanding of banking would be considered as advantage
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, advanced MS Excel skills
  • Solid business writing skills in English
