What you will be doing as a Marketing Manager

• Increase traffic to our customer meeting points in order to gain sales growth;
• Encourage new customers to shop with us and existing customers to shop more frequently, thereby converting them into loyal, long-term customers;
• Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (physical and digital);
• Co-operate with all functions involved in the execution of the marketing and commercial plans (i.e. digital, customer loyalty, sales, local marketing and other roles);
• Cooperate with agencies, follow up on the project execution, costs and return on investment;
• Agree and follow up on challenging goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Monitor your performance against agreed goals, adapting and taking action accordingly;
• Control costs by working in a lean, simple, cost-conscious way using good examples and encouraging your colleagues to discover even more effective ways of working.

• Not less than 5 years relevant experience in managing position working in a customer-focused service industry;
• Experience of taking commercial decisions based on local market information;
• Interest in home furnishing as well as a curiosity about people’s life at home;
• Interest in what is happening in the local market, and an ability to quickly develop knowledge of the local market and business conditions;
• Ability to set expectations and provide clear direction;
• Good leader with strong communication, negotiation, influencing skills and competent in leading and developing people;
• Possess fluent written and spoken knowledge of English language.
