Responsibilities:
• Coordinate OM (Open Market) business plans together with the marketing and retail team;
• Execute business plans and manage customer relations with assigned retail Key Accounts;
• Deliver OM sales activity reports and OM sales forecasts;
• Achieve annual OM sales targets on revenue, Sell Out and profits;
• Arranging meetings with customers presenting products and services;
• Competition and market monitoring;
• Coordinating OM sales process from presales, product tests up to final sales;
• Preparing responses to tenders from Key Account.
Requirements:
• Experience with selling via channel/operators would be an advantage;
• Good knowledge of B2C sales process would be an advantage;
• Project management process knowledge;
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent oral and written Lithuanian and English skills;
• Pro-active way of thinking, team player and quick learning ability.
