PayRay Bank is an innovative financial institution that applies Fintech principles in its activities and expanding its financial services in Lithuania and abroad.
Core business of PayRay is Factoring, Loans and Leasing for companies. We also accept deposits.
Demonstrating great results and a constantly expanding business, we are looking for the Operations Specialist to prepare Factoring and Loans agreements for the bank’s customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare agreements of Factoring, Loans, and other financing products for business customers.
- Communicate with the colleagues regarding the bank’s products agreements preparation.
- Assist in preparation of various reports for the third parties (EaSI, EGF, Invega, ŽŪPGF, etc.) under financing agreements (Factoring / Loans, and other financing products).
- Assist in collection of needed documents and answers to the internal and external audit.
- Contribute to the development of new functionalities of systems regarding fluent agreement’s preparation.
- Help to ensure compliance with the "Know the customer" and "Money laundering prevention" procedures in the company's activities.
Requirements:
- Education in Accounting / Finance / Economics or other business-related area.
- Experience in customer onboarding / contracts preparation would be an advantage.
- Experience in Factoring / Loans or other financing products would be an advantage.
- Diligence, attention to detail, self-directed, organized and efficient at time management.
- Good English skills.
- Excel skills would be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
