Our area provides a variety of back-office services for corporate customers in Norway. You will be responsible for the accounts administration procedures, implementing customer packages, and ensuring smooth District features set-up. Furthermore, you will also have an exciting opportunity to work with one of the largest customers in Danske Bank by collaborating with colleagues and our stakeholders.
You will:
- Complete daily operational tasks for Norwegian business and VIP customers
- Solve issues and daily ad-hoc requests to ensure the best possible customer experience
- Closely collaborate with Norwegian stakeholders and optimize solutions for our customers
- Participate in the process of continuous improvements in daily work (e. g., automation, Lean)
- Take part in various projects and initiatives
About you:
- Work experience in an operational or administrative role would be an advantage
- Thoroughness, high level of accuracy, and attention to details
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Upper-intermediate English skills
- Norwegian language skills would be an advantage
We offer
Monthly salary range from 1200 EUR to 1800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
