YOUR TASKS
- Responsible to continuously improve the material planning process in a medium up to high complexity plant operation, responsible to direct material planning planners to attain required master data quality for standard material planning use cases;
- Supervise all material planning activities in a high complexity plant operation and continuously track and manage occurring changes;
- Track the achievement of material planning target KPIs in a high complexity plant operation and trigger countermeasures in case of deviations;
- Align all material planning activities within plant logistics and across other related functions in the plant as well as in corporate logistics;
- Management and project lead for high complexity logistics projects from technical and organizational perspective incl. rollout and sustainable implementation of corporate standard processes;
- Deploying employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure. Guiding, instructing and supporting employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill the function-related tasks;
- Identify proactively risks in the supply chain and keep a constant information flow to the relevant stakeholders. Manage bottlenecks in the supply chain for accurate planning of resources inside the organization.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in industrial engineering in the field of logistics or mechanical engineering;
3 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, operational plant logistics and project management, 2 years of leadership and management experience required (functional and disciplinary); - Excellent Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, macros is a plus), knowledge of the MM, WM, and PP SAP modules or similar ERP system would be advantage;
- Strong result orientated and well-structured communication;
- Excellent English skills;
- Purposeful and structured work approach, the ability to assert yourself well and a hands-on mentality, a highly committed and proactive attitude.

Papildoma informacija: Salary is reviewed at least once per year. Also, you will be entitled to the annual bonus, that depends on your results.
