As lead security engineer at Zedge you will have the opportunity to build on a strong security culture. We are looking for someone who will take ownership of our IT security and be hands-on in making sure Zedge is moving in the correct direction to keep us secure.

⚡️ Plan and manage security roadmap to ensure Zedge follows best practices and routines to stay secure within an evolving threat landscape.

⚡️ Create and implement security routines and co-ordinate with operations and engineering teams to ensure solutions are delivered in a secure and timely manner.

⚡️ Conduct regular hands-on risk assessments of all internal IT systems and solutions, identifying and analyzing emerging threats and ensuring required mitigation is planned and implemented to a high standard.

⚡️ Ensure the company complies with expectations from external partners and official regulations.

💪 3+ years of experience in the IT security field, preferably in a senior / lead role.

💪 Proven track record of auditing, planning and implementing security best practices with a technology company/organization.

💪 Experience working within a cloud native environment.

🧑🏻‍💻 Very little technical debt - we write most of the software from scratch, constantly learn and use the newest technologies
