In Monitoring & Screening Tribe, we support the entire Group and play a central role in Danske Banks’ financial crime prevention within Anti Money Laundering, Counterterrorist financing, Sanctions risk mitigation, Fraud prevention, and execution of the Anti-bribery and Tax Evasion policies. We are approx. 200 engaged colleagues located in 5 different countries.
We are looking for team members for our Fraud Screening and Fraud Model squads to deliver state-of-the-art prevention solutions. Our Fraud squads support the full fraud prevention development cycle, enabling our business line to screen e.g. payments, implement models and rules, and make the right decisions with minimal customer disturbance.

We rely on you to contribute to our growth by:
- Connecting the dots, and see the bigger picture of the system landscape, spanning traditional fraud domains like payments, cards, and beyond
- Initiating and perform analysis providing insights and enabling data-driven decisions, including problem-solving and task prioritization
- Utilizing your professional stakeholder management skills to facilitate and secure the necessary alignment on requirements and outcomes and translate them to user stories
- Fundamentally understanding data, find out what we need and what options we have to get our hands on it
- Documenting business processes, collect knowledge and update existing service documentation
- Performing quality assurance (acceptance testing) of developed features on end to end
- Contributing with proactivity and collaboration and be keen on experimenting and looking for creative solutions
About you:
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably from back-end deliveries, data or model development, or previous experience in Payments, Fraud, or other FinCrime prevention-related areas
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and present different information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience with, or interest in, SQL and testing
- Know your way around process design management, including documentation, measurements, and efficiency gains
- Great stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, as well as a solid sense of ownership and delivery-quality oriented mindset
- Great communication skills and advanced English
- Agile Mindset – being open-minded and adapting to emerging requirements or changing squad needs
- Self-starter, able to quickly absorb new information and deal with ambiguity
We offer
Monthly salary range from 2480 EUR to 3720 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
