Job description
- Prepare, register and archive various administrative documents;
- Assist with invoices, purchases and payments;
- Assist with health, work, and fire safety training for employees;
- Continuously seek efficiency and improvements to run the office smoothly;
- Oversee cleanliness and comfort in the office;
- Assist HR in organizing the company's events and various initiatives;
- Assist team with admin tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree;
- At least 1+ years of experience working as an office manager;
- Excellent Lithuanian, English language B2 level (verbal and written);
- Proficient in MS Office (experience with Rivilė would be an advantage);
- Knowledge of clerical and document management rules;
- Basic knowledge of labor law;
- Basic knowledge accounting principles;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent multitasking skills;
- Responsibility, diligence, attention to detail;
- Positive attitude;
- Ability to work full-time.
