Skills and knowledge required:
- Spoken English
- 1+ year experience in performing manual tests
- Experience in test case creation/documentation
- Work experience in cross-site teams (would be a plus)
- Atlassian JIRA bug tracking systems, etc.
- Knowledge of software life cycle and testing theory
- SQL (simple queries).
About the project and the customer:
The customer is a world-famous international non-profit organization created to systematize the results of medical research. It is a global independent community that collects and summarizes the best evidence from research. Their work has helped people make informed treatment choices for over 28 years in more than 220 countries around the world.
The information is collected on a platform that aims to improve the health outcomes of everyone around the world.
The team consists of 6 people: developers, tester and Product Owner. It is customary for us to share ideas, consult, take initiative and influence the development.
As a team member you will be responsible for:
- Manual Test Cases execution
- Updating the existing Manual Test Cases
- Bug registration/validation
- Analysis of technical requirements and tasks estimation
- Taking a part in design/requirements discussions and decisions with engineers and managers.
