Your main tasks:

• Deal with employee and managers‘ queries regarding daily HR matters
• Being responsible for HR mail box and other HR communication channels (internal HR page, HR newsletter, MS team, Yammer)
• Perform administrative HR tasks: health checks, benefits (like: health Insurance, INVL – pension scheme, Long service awards, Cognizant Cheers and others based on requirements)
• Deal with internal reports on regular basis, provide support on HR documentation, data and compliance
• Coordinate HR projects related with employee life-cycle in organization (onboarding, graduates, internal surveys, offboarding etc.)
• Assist in various internal and external employee related events
• Prepare documentation according to Lithuania Labor Law and regulations
• Track and maintain employee data in HR data systems
• Collaborate with other HR/ internal functions

We expect:

• Team player with good organizational and communication skills (including digital)
• Ability to do routine work, meet deadlines and good self-organization
• Accuracy, sense of duty and solution oriented mind-set
• Multitasking ability
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Very good spoken and written Lithuanian and English
• An affirmed understanding of HR best practice and labor legislation
