PERFORMANCE MEDIA SPECIALIST

• Administrate retail and e-commerce digital media campaigns: implement, expand, evolve and optimize in Baltic Countries and Finland.
• Launch campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager, Google Adwords, Google Display Network, Gmail Sponsored promotions and other advertising platforms.
• Optimize campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment.
• Manage eCommerce XML feeds for remarketing (administrate & update).
• Manage advertising materials – brief creatives & external partners, quality assurance, keep up with deadlines.
• Digital campaign evaluation, reporting, identifying best practises.
• Manage budget and administrate invoices or other relevant documents.
• Support local teams in countries with digital advertising activities.

• Min. 1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing and advertising (experience in GoogleAds would be considered a strong advantage);
• Higher education;
• General understanding of media planning and managing Facebook business, Google Ads accounts;
• Strong analytical thinking and result-oriented mindset;
• Fluent in spoken and written Lithuanian, proficiency in spoken and written English;
• Curiosity, interest in digital technologies and trends;
• PC literate with excellent knowledge of MS Office programs;
