Intrum Global Business Services, located in Vilnius is currently looking for a colleague to coordinate the office related administrative activities. You are welcome to the team if you can demonstrate professional, supportive and positive attitude and actively contribute to complete the tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage reception area and look after visitors
  • Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist in planning and arranging events
  • Handle expenses and billing cycles
  • Assist in writing coms messages, company website updates, including newsletters, blog posts and infographics

About you:

  • Demonstrable administration experience with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Very good knowledge of Lithuanian and English languages
  • Strong level of initiative and ability to prioritize
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong ability to build business relationships and credibility with colleagues at all levels

Salary:

1400 - 1800 Eur gross/month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
