Qualifications
• At least 5 years of experience working as a Senior Project manager in software development area
• Consulting experience / strong client-facing background preferred
• Experience in managing multi-regional projects and deployments into multiple countries
• In-depth understanding of software development cycle and specifics of IT project management
• Understanding of Applications Technology, with the ability to credibly challenge technical teams
• Very good communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of Lithuanian and English languages
• Integrity, leadership, problem -solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical and creative thinking
• Self-motivation, pro-activeness, ‘Can-Do’ approach, and positive attitude to challenges
• Bachelor’s degree

• Projects and services delivery management
• Leading and motivating the project team
• Managing and overseeing any third parties within the scope of the project
• Ensuring best quality delivery of services
• Ensuring proper accounting of project costs, billing to the client, and reporting to both external and internal stakeholders
• Ensuring stakeholders management and customer’s satisfaction
• Project's risks analysis and management
• Ensuring good quality project management consultancy services
• Escalating to higher-level management when required and communicating issues and risks openly and clearly to all stakeholders
