Bored Panda was named #1 Facebook page in 2017, and Crafty Panda became #1 page in 2020 and 2021.

At Bored Panda we are currently growing and developing our Talent Acquisition team and are in search of a qualified and resourceful Talent Acquisition Lead to be the primary contact for all Talent Acquisition questions. We are looking for a conceptual thinker with a knack for leadership as well as fantastic organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do:

-Set Talent Acquisition agenda including strategy, workforce planning, pipeline and communication;
-Develop employer branding strategy and drive it’s implementation;
-Supervise a team of recruiters and support all HR colleagues in Talent Acquisition questions;
-Manage relevant resources, data and systems with the goal to offer a great candidate experience as well as an efficient internal process;
-Be hands-on on the more senior / complex recruitment projects;
-Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders in defining needs and ensuring delivery.

What We Expect:

-You have 2-5 years of Talent Acquisition experience preferably in a high growth / tech environment;
-Proven track record of full cycle of Talent Acquisition;
-Detail and data oriented;
-Have strong organization, multitasking, and time management skills;
-Have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, including written and verbal communication in English;
-Skilled in MS Office and related business and communication tools.

Additional competencies (would be a plus):

-Experience in Employer branding / Communication;
-Team management experience.
