YOUR TASKS
- Supervise facility services providers (cleaning, maintenance, security, canteen, etc.) and ensure their quality of services. Ensure that building maintenance is carried out in a proper, high-quality and timely manner;
- Supporting the overall project manager in the completion of technical tasks as well as the project team in the daily project work and tasks as well as constructive cooperation and creation of concepts for quick solutions to technical problems in the team;
- Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments. Control and monitor the results of individual project phases (project progress control) in accordance with the project assignment and document the project;
- Be responsible for data privacy and information security topics of the company, support EHS department with relevant topics;
- Contribute to the development, implementation, and optimization of concepts typical for the specialist departments along the process chain in close cooperation with internal specialist departments and international locations.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in civil engineering or building engineering field;
- More than 2 years of job-related experience;
- Technical knowledge about building engineering systems and their maintenance;
- Good English language is required.

BASE SALARY
From 2300 to 2600 EUR (before withholding taxes) taking in consideration your current professional competence and work experience. Salary is reviewed at least once per year. Also, you will be entitled to the annual bonus, that depends on your results.

HELLA Lithuania gamykla pastatyta nuo nulio. Plyno lauko investicijos pranašumai leido pasinaudoti įvairių HELLA gamyklų patirtimi ir gerosios praktikos pavyzdžiais, kaip pvz. naujausias HELLA elektronikos komponentų gamyklos išplanavimas.
HELLA Lithuania gamyklos statybos prasidėjo 2017 m. spalio mėnesį netoli Kauno oro uosto. Praėjus maždaug dešimt mėnesių, 2018 m. rugpjūčio mėn., pradėta pirmoji serijinė elektronikos komponentų, skirtų HELLA apšvietimo padaliniui, gamyba.
