Internal Auditor

We are searching for Internal Auditor in Internal Audit Department with a strong and self-confident personality, able to work with others well in a fast-paced, international, dynamic environment, moreover - with demonstrated high degree of accuracy and attention to details.

Your Role:

• Assist in the development of the Group Wide Internal Audit Plan preparation and its regular update;
• Designing and executing audit programs that target high-risk areas in the group companies controls, systems, and processes;
• Prepare draft reports that reflect audit results in well-written Audit Reports;
• Evaluate and analyse the effectiveness of more complex procedures and internal controls within the assigned corporate or compliance area, using appropriate audit skills, techniques, and judgment;
• Post audit activity: follow-up on findings and implementation of corrective actions plan;
• Ad-hoc audit assignments based on Group management requests;
• On site visit of subsidiaries established abroad.

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar;
• 2-3 years work experience in a similar position or in international auditing, accounting, or controlling;
• MS Office advanced user with high proficiency in MS Excel;
• High level of spoken and written English and Lithuanian is a must (Russian language would be an advantage);
• Business acumen and value-add mindset;
• Strong knowledge in a specific area such as compliance, Information Systems Technology, Financial/Accounting, Operations, etc. will be considered as huge advantage;
• Ability to work with little supervision on audit assignments, determining when to act independently and when to refer situations to superiors;
• International Internal Auditor Certificate (CIA) or Internal Auditor Qualification - a big advantage;
• Ability to travel .
