Position Summary

The Client Services Modernization Specialist is a customer facing part of our Operations team. This position will work closely with product engineering, operations and sales leadership to help migrate our existing merchant base from legacy solutions and support a level of go-to-market and early-adopter-program activities in order to help with the modernization of the overall product. As the Client Services Modernization Specialist, you will take the lead on contacting customers who need to upgrade their product in the areas of payments, ancillary software products, and more as requested by the management team.

This is a remote position from anywhere in Lithuania.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Identify upgrade opportunities and execute on those opportunities 
Provide exceptional service to our customers and highly accurate input into our customer relationship management system (Salesforce.com)
Provide world-class customer experience over the phone (~20+ calls/day, outbound calls mostly)
Contribute to a customer-centric environment to better support sales, operations and customers
Migrate existing customers to new products and assist with the sunsetting of legacy products
Have a hands-on approach to complex customer situations/escalations and work to resolve them
Execute quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment


Minimum 2 years of operations, sales operations, technical support or other customer-facing roles 
Ability and willingness to work late evening shifts
Proficient written/spoken English is a must
Great communication skills
Experience with MS Office / Google docs
Experience with CRM, ERP software is a plus  (Salesforce, Netsuite)
Experience in a POS environment is a plus
