Pernod Ricard Lithuania is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a team of passionate, positive, and hard-working people!

As a Business Analyst you will support sales and the management team with business analysis of the company’s customers’ performance and come up with insights in order to develop a more profitable business. Using tools like Effect Manager and other you will analyze and optimize the volumes forecast to maintain a healthy stock level. You also need to assume full responsibility for up to date sales related data bases.

Responsibilities:
Support sales and management team with business analysis of customer performance
Assist with developing the commercial strategy and long-term pricing policy and participate in the marketing and commercial strategy creation
Align the Sales forecasts with supply planning in the Logistic department
Analyze current brand’s distribution deepness comparing it with competition, recommend necessary changes.
Analyze available sources of information (inner and sales channels). Share insights with BM as well as other members of sales department
Regularly perform market visits and supervise the work of merchandising company.

Experience & education:
A University Business degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar
3-4 years’ experience of similar positions
Previous experience from FMCG industry is an advantage but not critical
Great Lithuanian and English language skills (oral and written)
