Master Data Expert

About the Position

We are looking for an SAP S4/HANA Master data expert to join our Data management group within LG Digital, our IT center. The Data management group is at the core of JSC „Lithuanian Railways“ digital transformation journey. You will be given a responsibility to shape and drive the design and development of our data management platform and processes. You’ll be at the front of truly complex projects, which will impact and add value to multiple parts of our business while utilizing the newest technologies and best practices. We are in the process of modernizing our data management and analytics capabilities (cloud architecture, big data and IoT capabilities, advanced analytics, SAP) and most of the project work will be in these areas. If you join early – you’ll have a big say in the design and delivery of the new solutions. If you have experience in SAP S4/Hana Master data management, are interested in business intelligence and feel comfortable with designing and building new solutions – we want to hear from you!

Job Description

• Lead Data management solution sessions supporting business goals, the evaluation of the tool and delivery of MDM technology and strategic initiatives
• Facilitate, guide, and influence colleagues, business partners and other teams towards right Enterprise Master Data architecture and data governance, acting as interface between Business teams and Technology teams
• Responsible for analysing requirements, design, develop and implement Enterprise Master Data process solutions
• This role will participate in ERP global projects responsible for oversight of data preparation and supporting data migration activities.
• Organise and coordinate data preparation activities, data preparation for migration activities and data preparation trainings

Requirements

• Implementation experience of SAP S4HANA MDM in key domains such as Finance & Controlling, Supply Chain, Operations & Asset Management, Sales & Marketing, Master Data Management, HR Management
• Ability to conduct and facilitate workshops with business representatives, management and executive, team member resources, and external 3rd party groups
• Experience in SAP Master Data Governance with at least 1 full cycle implementations would be considered as a strong advantage
• Knowledge in Data replication framework (Data transfer, ALE/IDOC, Key & value mapping, MDG Export & import master data, Convert master data)
• Understanding of Data Migration concepts and strategies
• Experience in data migration using SAP and non-SAP solutions would be a strong advantage
• Additional beneficial skills: knowledge’s DMBOK, EA frameworks such as TOGAF
