Responsibilities:
Finding new tenants and securing existing clients for Lithuanian portfolio
Negotiations- negotiates independently and works with internal sources in order to get the deals done
Lease contract and other documents preparation
Lease plans execution
Proposing effective solutions, other which helps to achieve lease goals.
Requirements:
Previous experience with commercial, industrial RE at least 3 years
Experience as independent negotiator from finding the tenant to closing the deal
Responsibility, result orientation, adherence to deadlines
University degree
Good knowledge of English, knowledge of Russian (preferably)
