We are looking for a Compensation Associate to develop, implement, and administer compensation programs and processes, such as salaries, short- and long-term incentives, job leveling, market benchmarking and year-end compensation review. This role will require technical competencies, strong project management skills and strong quantitative skills to support complex, global projects. Advanced knowledge in market pricing is essential. For this specific role, we are looking for someone that will ensure that the PayScale online benchmark database is accurate and up to date. Job requires matching of published survey source jobs to our jobs based on their function and career level as discerned from survey job descriptions. Job will also provide assistance to other business units as necessary.

Your roles and responsibilities:
• Review market pricing and compensation decisions for alignment with best practices.
• Study and analyze assigned benchmark jobs by applying a defined market pricing methodology.
• Performs audits periodically or on request to resolve whether survey jobs have changed significantly from the original evaluation.
• Maintain a tracking log of all survey sources to ensure accurate coding and categorization of the sources.
• Provide sophisticated analyses to ensure compensation is aligned with existing philosophy and guidelines.
• Provide input into compensation administration guidelines.
• Conduct sophisticated reporting and modeling.

We expect you to have:
• Bachelor’s degree: concentration in analytical field such as finance, accounting or economics preferred
• Minimum of 3 - 5+ years of related experience, compensation consulting experience a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Advanced knowledge of Excel a must
• Advanced skill and knowledge of market benchmarking and survey leveling structure
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to remain focused on repetitive assignments
• Must understand the principles of Relational Databases.
• Proven resourcefulness; works well independently and on a team
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once
• Strong work ethic and a service-oriented mentality
• Experience with Workday is preferred

Monthly salary (Gross) from: 2500 Eur, other bonuses apply.
