We are looking for a Data Analyst to support our teams in Kenya and Uganda and help achieve profitable growth in this fast-developing market.
What You will need:
- SQL knowledge ( can be basic, intermediate would be preferred)
- Interest in data analytics field – if you have finished a course specializing in data analysis we would definitely like to speak with you
- Proficiency in English
- Sense of humor, can do attitude and ownership mindset – critical!
What You will do:
- Support our teams in Kenya and Uganda with implementation of new projects by interpreting data from our CRM, Google Analytics and other external databases
- Support business in understanding performance of our processes and products by extracting data and creating meaningful insights.
- Apply the knowledge gained from data to suggest changes in product set up or processes
- Build automated dashboards and reports to facilitate company-wide awareness and understanding of key metrics (we are working with Power BI & redash.io)
- Be the data and analytical lead on various projects and work closely with different teams across the company
- Analyze all operational activities & performance (mainly sale & debt collection)
- Suggest operational KPIs & performance measurement systems
- Run A/B testing in various departments with a goal to find better ways to achieve results
- Work closely with IT team to resolve any data related issues and bugs
- Support local teams with technical or data related issues
- Make proposals for changes in business processes or development of new processes
