We are looking for a Software Engineer interested in developing internal tools that support other software engineers’ daily work. Our main mission is to improve development efficiency by providing various tools and frameworks that ensure the quality of our apps and services. More specifically: tools that enhance Continuous Integration and Delivery processes, analyze software quality, enable monitoring and automated testing.
If you are passionate about quality and high availability of customer systems, this could be a suitable role for you. When employed, you will be joining Quality & Release Governance squad in the Channels Individuals Customers tribe. We are an agile squad co-located across Denmark, Lithuania, and India.
Our current goal is to scale our team and find a skilled software engineer to join us in Vilnius. Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority for this role.
You will:
- Primarily develop using C#, .NET Core and Azure DevOps
- Implement the latest ideas and feature requests for various internal tools
- Expand and upgrade tools by looking for various metrics that can determine service quality
- Drive development process improvements and establish best practices to ensure the highest quality software
- Set the direction for operational metrics and data-driven quality assurance for our customer channels’ backend services
- Guide other developers and contributing squads within the area of backend service quality
- Work with a modern tech stack including Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, Postman, Elastic Stack, Grafana and others
About you:
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- BS/MS degree in computer science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience
- Technical expertise in C# or other object-oriented programming languages
- Experience with Azure Dev Ops or another CI/CD tool
- Excellent collaboration skills, strong empathy, and ability to work with multiple cultures
- Ability to coordinate work with various stakeholders
- Upper-intermediate English speaking and writing skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 4160 EUR to 6240 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
