What You Will Do:

Manage a portfolio of existing clients mainly in China;
Ensure a seamless experience for the customer during product adoption and deployment – onboarding;
Engage in day-to-day communications with owned accounts to ensure we are maximizing their experience;
Identify long term account objectives by creating great customer experience;
Successfully achieve revenue orientated targets by identifying upsell & cross-sell opportunities;
Be the voice of the customer within the company and collaborate with internal stakeholders (technical, support, legal teams, etc.).

What We Expect:

Good written and verbal Mandarin language skills;
Very good English skills;
Ability to build strong relationships;
Ability to identify account expansion opportunities;
Objection handling and negotiation skills;
Desire to expand the company’s influence in the Chinese market.
