Responsibilities:

As a Junior Lawyer: assist Senior Lawyers in the provision of corporate legal services to clients based in foreign jurisdiction, prepare legal documents for all stages of company life-cycle, coordinate with business partners, clients and colleagues worldwide;
Have experience in corporate law field? Then join as a Lawyer and above the already mentioned responsibilities, help to perform and monitor statutory filings with local authorities and ensure that client's, local, international and industry specific requirements are met and legal updates shared;
Have experience in provision corporate services to international clients? Join the team as a Senior Lawyer and be responsible for overall supervision of the designated portfolio of clients, assign, review and provide feedback on corporate documents processed by junior team members, assist in coaching and developing team members, maintain and develop multiple relations with clients.

Qualifications:

Degree in Law (or last year student for Junior/Mid positions);
2-5 years experience in corporate law field (Mid/Senior positions);
Fluency in English;
Flexibility and attentiveness to details.
