What we offer
Nasdaq is currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our Trade Surveillance Team in Vilnius.
Nasdaq’s Trade Surveillance service powers surveillance and compliance for over 150 market participants across 65 markets globally. Scalable to millions of transactions and flexible to manage several outstanding data sources, NTS Surveillance holistically examines scenarios across multiple venues and asset classes.
As Senior Data Analyst you will be conducting an analysis of existing data flows used by the NTS application. You will then collaborate with other colleagues and a variety of global cross-functional teams to implement changes to said data flows that would address client issues and ensure the client receives the quality service Nasdaq strives to deliver through incident management, accountability, and professional communication.

What You Will Do

  • Prioritize and manage all reported stock exchange/trading activity data issues via an internal ticketing system (JIRA)
  • Investigate and resolve reported data issues using Linux and other servers/data management tools
  • Coordinate with global teams to schedule releases and implement various bug fixes
  • Work on continual service improvement to reduce the number of reported issues and improve our client experience

What We Expect

  • Previously worked within a Linux environment, especially with data extraction
  • Experience in troubleshooting data issues, data conversion, and manipulation
  • Previous experience in a similar position, preferably from a trading/financial services industry
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills

What Would Be Helpful

  • Knowledge of market data, trading data, and protocols (i.e. FIX) would be considered an advantage
  • Previous experience working in a globally distributed team

Monthly salary (Gross): from 2500 euros, depending on your level of experience. Other bonuses apply.
