MOULDING VALIDATION ENGINEER

• Maintain moulding process validation projects from an initiation to a closeout.
• Develop and maintain validation documents and other deliverables within the validation scope.
• Execute tests, collect and report results according to developed qualification protocols.
• Ensure initiation/preparation and closeout of all moulding process validation related deviations.
• Ensure moulding process validation state is maintained after release by performing a periodic and a non-periodic review and revalidation, when required.
• Work in liaison with other departments to ensure validation activities are completed in expected timelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other relevant field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Lithuanian.
• Ability to work and interact with various personnel.
• Good computer knowledge: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook.
• Accuracy and attention to details.

• Planning, organizational and project management skills.
• Basic technical understanding of manufacturing equipment, manufacturing processes.
• Experience in medical device industry or other regulated industry, quality area.
