Join our performance marketing team as the CRO Manager and help us further optimise our online activities. You will be the first person in the team handling CRO, and you will be free to build and scale CRO empire on your own (with full support from the marketing, product, and design teams).

As the CRO expert, you will meet a challenge in researching complex B2B user journeys and finding areas for its improvement. We promise you will enjoy doing it among fun, smart and data-driven colleagues.

What you will do:

  • Own and manage conversion rate optimization processes via different projects. Be responsible for CRO strategy development and execution;
  • Identify bottlenecks and conversion optimization opportunities by researching how users behave on our website;
  • Transform the findings into hypotheses and actionable suggestions on what to optimize on our website;
  • Run A/B tests to improve the conversion rate, net profitability, AOV, or LTV and user experience;
  • Conclude data and results from A/B tests and drive development, content, and UX improvements.

What we expect:

  • 1+ year of previous CRO experience;
  • Understanding of web analytics and the conversion optimization space using tools like GA, Hotjar, Optimize;
  • Web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery) would be considered an advantage, particularly in the context of A/B testing;
  • Ability to gather info from different sources/stakeholders (marketing, sales, CX team) and turn insights into actionable recommendations;
  • Strong project management skills;
  • Hands-on approach, analytical mindset and wish to dig deep in data;
  • Initiative, curiosity and fail-fast approach;
  • Savage sense of humour.
