- Design and implement a marketing strategy to align with business goals.
- Drive growth marketing channel initiatives and execution focused on engagement and conversion.
- Plan and execute integrated multichannel marketing campaigns to enable lead generation.
- Manage company social media accounts, website, and newsletter platforms.
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content (e. g. original text, photos, videos, newsletters, and news).
- Manage J&C Aero presence and performance across platforms, including the website, PR, LinkedIn, Twitter, growing our online following and increasing engagement.
- Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools (SEO, Google Analytics).
- Define and own KPI’s for digital media for acquisition and existing customer engagement.

- Strong marketing background as a Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Experience in content management systems and digital marketing platforms.
- A qualification, ideally at degree level.
- International experience and understanding of international marketing.
- Fluency in English and Lithuanian both spoken and written.
- Experience with setting measurable marketing objectives.
- An eye for good design, branding, copywriting, social media content and marketing.
- Ability to work creatively and autonomously, developing creative strategies, devising innovative solutions, and embedding best practices.
