The opportunity
We are looking for an ambitious End-user Support Specialist to join our team in Lithuania. At Worldline, our technology addresses the persistent challenges of the payment world. We’ve established ourselves as a leading payment solutions service provider in the region. If you are an autonomous and communicative phenomenal teammate, open to working in an international environment with respect for cultural differences, and you are either IT as a beginner or a student in the field, then get ready to join us!



Your day-to-day responsibilities
As our End-user Support Specialist, your typical duties during the day will include:

Office and business-specific applications user support 1st and 2nd level.
Office automation equipment technical hands-on support.
Maintenance, fixing, patching, configuring, and user consulting.

You are open to communicating in a fast-paced and international work environment
Interest and motivation to start your IT career


Skills we can’t do without:
You speak the local language and you are proficient in the English language.
You acquire reliability and precision at work.
You have the communication and collaboration skills to deal with different people.


Skills we’d like:
You have some technical background in electronics, electricity, production, engineering, mechanical, programming, or IT systems support.
Basic Microsoft product knowledge, installation and maintenance.
Positive demeanor and ability to learn continuously.


Salary range
1000 - 2000 EUR Gross
