360MIND is a 360-degree digital brand lab focusing on self-development products. The fundamental drive of the 360M team is to bolster the personal and professional growth of those who choose us. We do this by synthesizing empowering self-growth products that help our customers identify their behavioral patterns clearly. Our products offer an in-depth analysis of these behaviors, making it virtually impossible for our customers to be unaware of the actions that contribute the most to their productivity, fulfillment, and ultimately, happiness.
The role will play an integral part in ensuring our WordPress web development projects are running on time, within budget, and aligned to fulfill strategic goals.
Just as importantly, the IT Project Manager will work to set goals, foster collaboration, motivate project teams, and help facilitate applicable change management.
Responsibilities:
• Working with other team members to define and establish project objectives, scope, roadmap, milestones, and deliverables as applicable and aligned to the quarterly strategy
• Building out simple no-code back functionality and overseeing/managing the current back features
• Working with other teams to ensure effective server management and maintenance
• Overseeing technical tracking, monitoring, email, and customer communication software implementation
Requirements:
• Preferably an IT background/qualifications
• At least 1 year of IT Project Management experience; hands-on coding experience or experience with WordPress / no-code environments is a plus
• Must have strong communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills
• Strong time management skills and prioritization with the ability to work under specific timelines and in fast-paced environments
