Enterprise Agile Coach

Girteka Logistics is overcoming a major Digital Transformation, by executing SAP Implementation program, Automation projects, strengthening E-channels and applying many other Digital solutions. In order to achieve the targets, way of working within the organization has to be significantly revised, and for that Agile and Scaled Agile practices would be applied. To make this happen, we are looking for an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach.

You will:

• Coach teams and organization on best Agile and Scaled Agile practices.
• Coach senior management in agile practices to ensure adoption of best practices from top-down.
• Facilitate and held the trainings for the organization.
• Analyze the current state and apply examples based on real cases in organization.
• Participate in creating and/or adjusting the Organizational Design.
• Coach teams in day-to-day processes, propose improvements.
• Establish Community of Practice within Delivery Leads (Scrum Masters) organization.

Requirements:

• 5+ year experience as Scrum Master/Agile Coach.
• Experience in Scaled Agile methodologies.
• Certification (CSM, CSPO, SAFe certificates, etc.).
• Experience in implementing Agile practices in Large Enterprises.

Monthly salary is up to 6000 Eur Gross. Specific salary is offered based on work experience, competence, and compliance with other job requirements.
