MOGO Kenya is part of Eleving Group – an international FinTech company with vast reach across the globe operating and with a strong online presence.
By combining asset financing, fintech, AI based underwriting and proprietary car portals MOGO Kenya enables local entrepreneurs (motorcycle taxi riders, Uber/Bolt drivers and other local entrepreneurs) to find and purchase their own vehicle.
We are looking for a Business Process Project Manager to support our operations in Kenya and help achieve profitable growth in this fast-developing market.
What you will do:
- Mapping processes
- Identifying gaps in process execution
- Implementing digital tools (e.g. Microsoft Forms, Power Automate flows) to improve processes and collect data
- Working with IT on new developments or bug fixes (Jira tickets)
- Identifying gaps in business analytics and leading changes
- Sharing ideas for improving processes across all business functions
- Implementing ad-hoc projects to solve specific business problems
- Act as a liaison between the local team and HQ in Europe
- Conduct market research
- Network with local and expat business leaders to gain market insights
What you will need:
- University degree in Finance, Economics or Business
- At least 2 years previous experience in consulting, finance, project management, business administration, or similar position
- Hands-on approach and "getting things done" mindset
- Excellent analytical skills (basic SQL knowledge would be considered as advantage)
- High sense of responsibility, preciseness, ability to plan and set priorities
- Fluent in English
- Excellent computer skills
