Intrum GBS Finance & Accounting unit provides various services from Accounts Payable, Month end closing to Financial and Business controlling etc. We are inviting a Team Leader with general ledger experience to continue developing the knowledge and gain more professional experience helping managing General Ledger Team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Participate in day-to-day general ledger tasks
• Manage performance of the team (KPI tracking, 1to1, feedback, training)
• Identify, assess and prioritize risks
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide quality and timely services
• Drive and facilitate team meetings
• Prepare reports, statistics
• Analyze and initiate systems and processes improvements

About you:

• Proven supervisory experience
• Proven knowledge in GL
• Good knowledge of English
• Ability to solve complex problems
• Good communication skills
• Experience in Shared Service Center environment and Accounting projects be an advantage

Salary:

1700-2500Eur gross/month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
