The opportunity
We are looking for a Consultant within the Workforce Advisory team in Vilnius office.

As the world continues to be impacted by globalization, demographics, technology, innovation and regulation, organizations are under pressure to adapt quickly and build agile people cultures that respond to these disruptive forces. EY Workforce Advisory believes a better working world is helping our clients harness their people agenda — the right people, with the right capabilities, in the right place, for the right cost, doing the right things.

We work globally and collaborate to bring you professional teams to address complex issues relating to organization transformation, end-to-end employee lifecycles, effective talent deployment and mobility, gaining value from evolving and virtual workforces, and the changing role of HR in support of business strategy. Our EY professionals ask better questions and work with clients to create holistic, innovative answers that deliver quality results.

Your key responsibilities:
You’ll be involved at many stages of the project life cycle, making this a high-profile opportunity to take on a wide range of responsibilities and diversify your skills and experience. It’s all about translating information from a variety of sources into quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform and advise our clients. For example:

• Assisting in preparing proposals to address clients’ challenge
• Work as part of a team in the delivery of workforce strategy, change and communication, organisation design and human resources or business transformation
• Conduct research and analysis to support the development of client deliverables
• Contribute to the delivery of challenging projects across a diverse range of organisations and geographies

Skills and attributes for success:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly developed problem solving and critical thinking
• Analytical mindset and social intelligence in order to work in a multicultural environment
• Innovative working methods, ambition for challenges and ability to adapt to changes
• Collaborative team player

To qualify for the role, you must have
• A bachelor’s degree or being a last year student in human resources, communications, design and business or a related field
• Fluent English and Lithuanian
• A creative, inquisitive and logical mind
• Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects

What we look for
We are most interested in people who are naturally curious and love to learn. You are social and outgoing and like to work with others and build relationships with both colleagues and clients. You are goal-oriented and implement business thinking with the ambition to develop and strive for providing good service. Furthermore, you are structured, have good communication skills and of course a genuine interest in HR.
