Job description

Having an outstanding knowledge of PayAlly’s product and offerings
Building and maintaining positive customer relationships while demonstrating PayAlly’s passion for customer care
Corresponding to inbound enquiries from potential customers
Generating outbound communications with prospective clients to build and manage development pipeline through cold-calling, networking, e-mail and other sources.
Converting leads and arranging business meetings with potential clients
Analysing and understanding customer needs and pain-points to provide the best possible solution

Requirements

Fluent in English
2-3 years of professional experience in sales
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Proactive listener with a can-do attitude and a passion for sales
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in Financial Services or Fintech industry is desirable but not essential
