Strategic Staffing Solutions International (S3I) is global provider of Staff Augmentation and Information Technology consulting services. We provide services to Fortune 500 companies and FTSE100 customers around the world. Our team serves the professional staffing and business process outsourcing needs of customers in multiple countries in Europe.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support monthly payroll and keep organized records
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Update and maintain information in Company‘s databases
• Create invoices and bill clients
• Develop, maintain and automate reports for internal and external customers
• Monitor long and short term cashflow
• Maintain relationship with Accounting / Payroll and PEO providers and partners in multiple locations
• Support initiatives for increasing efficiency, optimization and control
• May be identified to participate in projects or other initiatives, as required

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics or similar
• Fluent English language (written and spoken) skills
• Experience in payroll
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• Good communication skills and ability to multitask
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Any international experience is very desirable
