Job description

  • Be THE HR for the department/team which is assigned to you.
  • Work together with the rest of PVcase HR team to deliver strategic HR goals.
  • Drive the improvement, adjustment and update of current HR processes and policies: motivation system, onboarding process, salary system, performance management, etc.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to PVcaser employees on internal people processes and management practices.
  • Be a trusted advisor for resolving sensitive employee relationship issues according to the Labor Code of Lithuania.
  • Contribute to different HR projects globally and represent HR in cross-functional change projects.
  • Be fast to identify issues that may impact employee engagement and motivation and proactively support leadership in finding and implementing solutions.
  • Coach and guide leaders on different aspects of people management including talent management and non-performance, using data and insights.
  • Define, design and recruit business-critical people.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience as an HR professional in an international environment of SaaS and/or engineering with full employee lifecycle management.
  • BA degree in human resources, engineering, business or related discipline.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian Labor Law.
  • Proficiency in English language both written & verbal are an absolute must.
  • Strong HR skillset: problem solving, flexibility, ownership mindset, experience in team development and change management.
  • Experience of working with different markets in Europe or overseas would be an advantage.
  • Ability to deliver results with little supervision and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
