Position Summary

The Technical Client Consultant is a customer centric, implementation/on-boarding role, that also needs to have a technical ‘know how’ to assist with client site POS configuration, POS training needs as well as POS and peripheral hardware installations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

We are a project focused team and large amounts of your day will be spent on Zoom video calls to assist clients on installation of their POS and additional hardware, like printers, payment devices like card swipes etc.
Establish strong relationships with Revel clients post sale including understanding their business objectives and identifying how Revel can meet their needs
Identify areas of improvement and present solutions to Regional Manager to better streamline the setup process for all clients
Train clients and their staff remotely on how to use Revel features and functions

Requirements:

Soft Skills
Proficient written/spoken English is a must
Ability and willingness to work evening and night shifts
Excellent customer service skills
Outstanding communication skills - able to communicate with all levels of an organization and many accounts at once
Excel in a fast-pace environment while delivering high standard results
High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently
Great presentation skills in front of large groups, in person or remote


Tech Skills
Good knowledge of Apple Mac OS
Basic IT and Networking knowledge
Great troubleshooting skills
Salesforce experience or know how is a bonus
CompTia A+ or N+ is desirable
