Our client – Premier Restaurants Baltics – is comprised of a team of more than 2,000 people. The company is part of Premier Capital plc, the Developmental Licensee for McDonald’s in Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta and Romania, operating 163 restaurants thanks to 8,800 people. More than 130 million customers are served every year across the six markets. Premier Capital is the McDonald’s business within Hili Ventures, a group present in 10 countries engaged in multi-sited activities with McDonald’s and Apple, logistics, marine & engineering, technology, oil & gas, property, hospitality and leasing. Premier Restaurants Baltics are now looking for an HR Consultant based in Vilnius.

Main responsibilities:

  • General advisory function for restaurants managers (operational hiring and firing and all other personnel management is done by each restaurant manager). E.g., if within a short period of time from one restaurant many people leave – work together with the manager on finding reasons, analyzing, etc.;
  • Legal advisory function for restaurant managers in non-regular cases regards labour law;
  • Regular data collection, reporting to HRM;
  • Implementing special recruitment projects, employer branding activities etc.;
  • Ensuring Hiring training for Restaurant management;
  • Managing employees’ personal and payroll information (individual files, personal orders, leave orders, references, personal correspondence, deed of conveyances, material responsibility contracts, etc.).

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the HR field;
  • Knowledge of legislation;
  • Very good Lithuanian and English skills, both written and spoken (Russian language would be an advantage);
  • Ability to convey written and spoken information clearly, concisely, and in a timely manner;
  • Ability to approach problems with curiosity and open-mindedness;
  • Ability to pick up on/adapt to different or new ways of doing things;
  • Ability to identify and surface opportunities to improve systems;
  • Experience in retail and international companies would be an advantage.
