Job description:
- Develop financial strategy and drive company’s financial planning;
- Support the executive management team with financial and operational information, reports, and expert recommendations for ongoing and future projects;
- Set and achieve both short-term and long-term goals in accordance with the company’s strategic vision;
- Perform risk management by analyzing the company’s financial liabilities and investments;
- Develop and implement efficient finance, accounting and auditing procedures that ensure a smooth financial process;
- Coordinate budget planning and budget to actual reporting;
- Monitor company’s financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions and minimizing the impact of variances, maintain a strong internal control environment.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in financial management position;
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles;
- Knowledge of financial management systems, experience of implementing accounting policies and analytical tools (Power BI, etc.);
- Strong analytical skills;
- Ability to work independently as well as willingness to take ownership.
