Purpose of the position:
to provide support for the Company’s control of overdues and delays in compliance with the agreed quality standards and working procedures.
Your Responsibilities:
- supervision of overdue payments and delays;
- control of collections reconciliation;
- communication on overdue customers to external partners and bank colleagues;
- preparation of reports on overdue payments;
- presenting customers’ delays in debt committee meetings;
- preparation of the Debt committee’s minutes and ensuring fluent implementation of approved decisions;
- issuing default interest statements and ensuring their supervision;
- performing the operations regarding overdue customers in the IT system.
Skills to succeed in this position:
- Education in business-related area;
- Experience in overdue payments (delays) administration/ preparation of reports/ financing documents checking/ collections reconciliation would be an advantage;
- Experience in debt monitoring would be an advantage;
- Experience in Factoring /Loans /Leasing or other financing products would be an advantage;
- Diligence, attention to detail and efficient time management;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Excellent verbal and written skills in Lithuanian and English.
