• Assisting Lithuanian sales team (currently 3 persons including Country Manager) with back-office tasks;
• Handling some of the orders of Lithuanian customers in our software according to procedures;
• Creation and updating of price lists and customer specific Excel files;
• Database management (fill in product and customer data);
• Arranging the transport of goods according to procedures;
• Solving reclamations;
• Information exchange with team members from Riga and Tallinn office;
• Ordering office supplies;
• Preparations for the meetings & events (book premises, order snacks);
• Travel arrangements (book hotel, tickets);
• Receiving and sending parcels;
• Supporting marketing team with translations.

• Readiness to work as private entrepreneur (individuali veikla);
• Fluent in Lithuanian, Russian and English (oral and written);
• Good computer skills (necessary for efficient work);
• Very good proficiency in excel (can be learned);
• Experience with Directo software (not obligatory);
• Work experience as a sales assistant or similar (not obligatory).
