We at Alma Career have a global Technology function consisting of teams responsible for serving our business regions. We do this by continuously developing our Digital Workspace - the set of tools and best practices used by our employees. We are also responsible for actively exploring and sharing knowledge on relevant emerging technologies and capabilities.
One of the teams is Platform Extensions, which works in close co-operation with our product development organization - extending our own products with 3rd party solutions. Team consists of software architects and engineers around Europe and now we are now looking for a leader for them. You can be based in Helsinki, Prague, Bratislava, Zagreb, Tallinn, Riga or Vilnius.

As the Team leader you will:
• Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance
• Communicate and collaborate closely with various product teams
• Lead the team's technology exploration & discovery
• Set clear team goals and KPIs
• Delegate tasks and set project deadlines
• Do regular performance evaluation
• Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere
• Monitor team performance and report on metrics
• Discover training needs and provide coaching
• Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
• Plan and organize team-building activities

To succeed in this, you:
• Have experience in leading teams, preferably in multi-national environment
• Feel for your team : sense of ownership and pride of its service and performance
• Think critically and posess probelm-solving skills
• Have great interpersonal and communication (written, spoken & presentation) skills - in English also
• Are fluent with typical Office-programs and PC/Mac in general
• Lead by example
• Are a team player who is inspired by people and powered by technology
