What we looking for

Star Legal is searching for Legal Officer to work with internationalal projects in crypto and fintech industry.

Main responsibilities

Collect, review, and verify the client‘s KYC documents and information;
Collect and prepare necessary documentation for the establishment of companies;
Collect and prepare necessary documentation for the acquisition of companies;
Participate in projects related to licensing of financial institutions;
Help clients to prepare documentation for bank account onboarding;
Coordinate with business partners, clients worldwide to complete everyday tasks;
Monitor legal and regulatory changes;
Draft and negotiate the agreements and contracts.

Required qualification

Degree in Law;
Work experience in finance related area (would be considered as advantage);
Experience in preparation of corporate documents;
Fluent English (both in speaking and writing);
A strong sense of responsibility and attention to details;
Ability to prioritize tasks and complete them before deadline;
Communication skills.

Mėnesinis bruto atlyginimasBruto/mėn. € 2000 - 2800

Papildoma informacija: Final salary will depend on the level of experience and skills of the candidate. Additional monthly bonuses based on performance.
