Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, big advantage – hands-on experience entering new markets or an entrepreneurial experience.
• Ability to develop your sales goals, select methods, plan your work and find creative ways to reach target audience.
• Experience with different sales approaches, e.g., generating leads through campaigns, direct sales, networking at conferences, building partnerships, etc.
• Demonstrated track record of closing new business.
• Excellent people and relationship building skills, across all seniority levels.
• Fluent in English ( at least B2 level) and Lithuanian. Any additional language is a plus.
• Can-do attitude, creativity, and passion for improvement in everything you do.

Job Description

• Identify, research and execute opportunities in a local and foreign market.
• Own sales life-cycle.
• Prepare and deliver demo presentations for prospective clients and partners.
• Develop and execute outbound leads campaigns.
• Ensure smooth communication with clients, help identify their needs and offer the best solution for their situation.
• Finding the best partners in the market, then negotiating and securing contracts with them
• Work closely with Product manager and marketing team.
• Bring insights and help shape product strategy and roadmap.
