Here are some responsibilities you will have:

  • Performing various communications assignments in support of corporate communications strategies and programs.

  • Being in charge of Western Union Foundation Lithuania communication to boost employee donation and volunteering.

  • Establishing a positive company image among internal or external audiences. This includes preparing and delivering information concerning the company and its activities to the current and potential employees as well as partners like NGOs, universities, etc.

  • Preparing written content for internal and external use.

  • Organizing various engagement events.  

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you should have:

  • Proven experience in the communication field (internal, external communication, employer branding).

  • Ability to take ownership of large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders (e.g., company wide events, NGO funding).

  • Excellent Lithuanian & English language skills (both written and verbal).

  • Skill to turn information and data into meaningful messages.

  • Attentiveness to details and upholding high communication standards.

  • Demonstrated interest in corporate social responsibility trends.

The monthly gross base salary range is 1524 – 2398 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
