Better requires process discipline and simplification
In this role, you will be responsible for driving and leading Payment Investigation team and supporting the efforts of Western Union Payment Services Electronic Products. You'll be managing a team of 6 specialists, planning their workload, and driving employee development. This role has ownership and accountability for all requests pertaining to all JIT clients and has overall responsibility for managing the Payment Investigation Team. In addition, you will be responsible for organizing and distributing work amongst the Payment Investigation Team - Assist Cash Operations with investigations of various transactions from multiple WU products and performing related reporting. You will supervise the Payment Investigation team, answer questions about business processes and policy, document and report any discrepancy or out-of-normal activity. You will also handle all client research requests (not resolved). Interface with other departments to expedite escalated issues.

For such a pivotal role, you'll have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a minimum of 2 years of related experience in cash management/financial operations/banking (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). You will have 3+ years of experience in client support, including 1+ years of team management experience. You will be able to work under limited supervision, must be able to make decisions independently and provide day-to-day management oversight over the JIT processing group. You will have strong analytical skills, reporting techniques, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.

The monthly gross base salary range is 1784 – 2880 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
