GET READY TO

• Lead product initiatives from ideation to roll-out and beyond for our next-gen cardiovascular platform, including web, app-based or physical products.
• Develop a deep understanding of Cardi.Health's product and customer journey.
• Identify our users' problems and needs with data and user research. Identify opportunities with competitor research. Gather input from key internal and external stakeholders, including UI/UX, marketing, operations, researchers, and data.
• Work with UI/UX and engineering teams to define and communicate requirements that meet Cardi.Health's product vision.
• Prioritize product backlog. Serve as an agile product owner that delivers on business objectives, with a "can-do" attitude.
• Ensure the release quality of the team's product initiatives, analyze the impact on KPIs post-launch, and report on successes and lessons learned.

WE EXPECT YOU TO

• Have 1-3 years of working experience in product management with (un)successful consumer-facing digital products. Experience in the health & fitness or similar industries is a plus.
• Be organized, self-motivated, and a fast learner that can adapt to a fast-growing team.
• Be focused on delivery and getting things done.
• Be data and research-driven, able to break down complex problems logically and systematically.
• Have excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Take ownership of delivering a high-quality user experience and building a life-changing product!

Salary

The gross salary range is 2500-5800 EUR/month.
